Job Description

• Achieve targeted business results in the North East through effective translation of the business strategy into Implementation of Pap Scanner Application Program.
• Prospecting All Hospitals of North East Region – dealing with Obstetrics Departments Doctors, Oncologists & Meeting Stake holders (Director – Medical Health & Services, Medical Superintendents, Pathologists) to drive adoption of Pap Scanner Test.

Qualification

• MBA with B.Sc (Micro Biology preferred) with 1st. Class / Minimum - Science Graduate – willing to work
• Person should have his/her own Scooty/ Moped / Scooter/Two-Wheeler with License
• Ladies Intern will be preferred.
• Willing to work for a startup.

Purpose of the Job:

• To Prospect & Identify Health Care Institutions & Channels willing to Centers to conduct PAP- Scanner Test for Preventive Checkup of Cervical Cancer.
• Engage with Hospital Authorities, Pharma Distribution Houses, Pharmacies & Large Diagnostic Centers to drive adoption of the Rognidaan’s offering.

Measure of Performance

• No of Total Calls (Physical & Telecalls) and No of Productive calls (TC/PC)- Should be at least 30%.
• No of Hospitals, Pharmacies, Diagnostic Centers adopting the products and paying monthly subscription fees.
• Meet Leading Obstetricians and Gynaecologists & convince them of the usage of Pap Scanner and its benefits.

Daily / Weekly / Monthly Tracker

• Daily report evening on the Total Calls Made / Product Calls / In-Process Calls
• Weekly Review & Monthly Review will be conducted at Rognidan’s Head Quarters

Period of Internship & Stipend

• 3 months from the date of appointment.
• Payment of Rs 10,000 per month (all TA & DA inclusive)
• Expected Time for work is 9 am to 6 pm.
